This policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be considered for the online assessments, digital services, and other related offerings provided through https://mayaminds.com.


1. Nature of Our Services

Mayaminds provides online assessments, tests, and related digital learning services. Upon purchase, users receive immediate or scheduled access to assessment content, test dashboards, or digital materials.

Because our products are intangible and instantly accessible, refunds are generally not possible once access has been granted.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Access Activation:
    You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase and before the assessment is activated or accessed. In this case, a full refund will be issued.

  • After Access Activation:
    Once your account or email has been granted access to an assessment, no cancellation or refund will be possible — as the digital content is considered delivered.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds may only be issued in the following exceptional cases:

  1. Duplicate Payment:
    If you were charged twice for the same order, we will refund the duplicate amount after verification.

  2. Technical Issues (Non-delivery):
    If you do not receive access to the purchased assessment due to a technical error on our part (e.g., login not working, link not provided within the promised time), we will either:

    • restore access promptly, or

    • issue a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved within 3 business days.

  3. Assessment Not Conducted:
    If Mayaminds cancels or postpones an assessment indefinitely, you will receive a 100% refund.

Note: Refunds are not applicable for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind or inability to complete the assessment

  • Internet/device issues on the user’s end

  • Poor performance or dissatisfaction with results

  • Access already used or content already viewed/downloaded


4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of confirmation.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, UPI, wallet, or bank transfer).

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.


5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

  • Full name

  • Registered email address

  • Order ID / Transaction ID

  • Reason for refund or cancellation

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
